Recumbent and Pedego Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your recumbent or Pedego electric bike, you may return it within 10 days of receipt. You must contact us within 5 days of receipt to notify us that you will be returning your item. Recumbents and Pedego electric bikes must be in pristine condition with no visible or functional defects. A minimum of 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your return, along with the cost of any damages we assess. You will be responsible for any and all actual shipping costs either way.
The recumbent and Pedego electric bikes must be returned in original packaging with all inserts. You will be refunded 50% of any installed accessories you purchased along with your recumbent or Pedego electric bike as long as they are in good condition, or unused. i.e. fenders, racks, lights, bags, baskets, etc.
Clearance or demonstrator recumbents or Pedego electric bikes are not returnable. Neither are specisally ordered (not instock) models sent from the manufacturer and shipped using DHL, Fed Ex or other air cargo services. Please contact us for details.
All warranties are covered by the manufacturer to registered-original owners of their products. SO BE SURE TO REGISTER YOUR TRIKE!

Merchandise Returns
If you are unsatisfied with any accessory you purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receipt of product. Product must be returned with original packaging, along with any instruction manuals contained in original package. Please include a copy of the original receipt or at least your name, order number, and telephone number. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from return as long as the item is in new condition. If the item appears to be used or does not contain its original packaging only 50% will be returned to you. Shipping will not be refunded either direction. Refunds will be given in the same manner as the original method of payment or applied as in-store credit if returned within the 10 day period. Any refunds after the 10 day period will be processed for in-store credit only.
Products Damaged During Transport
If you receive your recumbent bike, trike or Pedego electric bike and it appears to have been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately before returning so a claim can be made with our shipping carrier. Our shipping company will send a representative to your house to estimate the cost of damage(s).
Please keep the original packaging to insure that our shipping company can properly inspect any damages.
