Greenspeed Magnum - 2013 IN STOCK AND READY TO RIDE!!!!!!!

The Greenspeed Magnum breaks the mould in trike design!

The Magnum is the first recumbent trike to have a quick release seat which is adjustable in height from 12" to 17", plus it is adjustable for angle, too. The rider can choose the seat height for ease of entry and exit, riding conditions and personal preference. The seat cover is an open weave, which allows cooling to the back and does not hold water if it rains. The curves were designed by a chiropractor to give proper support to both the lumbar and the shoulders. The shock cord lacing provides a good fit to your back and suspension for insulation from road shock. Suspension is also provided by the Schwalbe “Big Apple” balloon tyres which provide low rolling resistance and a comfortable ride. By adjusting the tire pressure, the trike is equally at home on rough roads and smooth roads.

The Magnum has a massive 5” of ground clearance, and outstanding road holding. The 9-32t cassette and 52/42/30t crankset give a wide range of gears, from 19” to 116”. The Magnum is also the first trike to use the new, larger 90 mm Sturmey Archer drum brakes with the matching brake levers, which are longer and have more leverage. They also come with a press button quick release. So, if you need to make the trike smaller for transport, taking the wheels off is effortless! With the central frame hinge and quick release wheels, the Magnum will pack down to 28 x 15 x 32 inches. The Magnum also has a rider weight limit of 400 lbs!
